Returns & Refunds
Learn how returns, refunds, and replacements work at Off Gear.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
You received a product that does not match the description or specifications shown on our website
To be eligible:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be in unused, original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, quality, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Used bags, backpacks, or accessories
Items without original tags/packaging
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Clearance/Sale items (unless damaged or defective)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
Order ID
Photos of the product
Photo of the package & courier label
Short description of the issue
Unboxing video (if available — helps speed up approval)

Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.
4. Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved:
We will arrange a pickup of the product (if serviceable)
Once inspected and approved, we will send a replacement unit
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed using:
Original payment method (UPI, Card, Netbanking)
Bank transfer (for COD orders)
Refund timeline:
3–7 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse
COD refunds may take an additional 2–3 days
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
6. Wrong Address / Customer Unavailable / COD Refusal
Returns caused by:
Incorrect address
Invalid pincode
Phone not reachable
Customer unavailable at delivery
COD refusal
will not be eligible for a free return or refund.
Re-shipping fees apply if you want the product re-delivered.
7. Product Condition Requirements
The product must be returned in:
Original packaging
Unused and undamaged condition
With tags, brand labels, and accessories
If the product is used, washed, or intentionally damaged, the return will be rejected.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
You can still apply for a return after receiving the product (if eligible).
