1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest.
However, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and view order history.
2. I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder

3. Can I edit my order after placing it?
Yes — but only before dispatch.
Once shipped, modifications are not possible.

4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location:
Kerala: 1–4 business days
South India: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 4–8 business days
Remote areas: 7–12 business days
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 have a standard shipping fee.
6. How do I track my order?

7. Which courier partners do you use?
We ship through:
Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, and India Post (for remote areas).

9. Is COD available?
Yes — for most pincodes.
A small COD handling fee may apply.
10. Why is COD not available for my area?
Some remote or non-serviceable regions restrict COD due to courier limitations.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
11. What is your return policy?
You can return a product if:
It is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Product is unused & in original packaging
12. How do I request a return?

13. How long does a refund take?
Refunds take 3–7 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse.
COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
14. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — for wrong or defective items.
If out of stock, refund will be issued.
CANCELLATIONS
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — but only before dispatch.
Post-dispatch cancellations are not possible.
16. What if I refuse a COD order?
Refusing COD parcels may disable COD for your future orders.

Yes — all products come with a 6-month limited warranty.
18. What is covered under warranty?

22. Are your bags waterproof?
Our bags are water-resistant, not fully waterproof.
Light rain is okay — heavy rain requires a rain cover.
