Cancellation Policy

This page explains how order cancellations work at Off Gear.

We understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order placed on Off Gear.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

To cancel an order:

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you may still request a return after delivery (if eligible) under our Return & Refund Policy.
