Warranty & Guarantee

Understand what’s covered under Off Gear’s warranty program.

All Off Gear products are designed for durability and long-term performance.
This Warranty & Guarantee Policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how warranty claims are processed.

This warranty applies only to products purchased from Off Gear’s official online store.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Off Gear products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Stitching defects

  • Broken zippers (manufacturing fault only)

  • Damaged buckles, clips, or straps caused by factory defects

  • Hardware malfunction (hooks, adjusters, plastic locks, etc.)

Not Covered:
This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by misuse, wear & tear, accidents, or external factors.

2. What Is Not Covered

A) Physical Damage from Customer Use

  • Tears caused by rough handling

  • Cuts, scratches, burns, stains

  • Overloaded bag damage

  • Water damage

  • Colour fading due to sunlight or washing

B) Wear & Tear

  • Natural aging

  • Friction wear from daily use

  • Softening or shape change of materials

C) Misuse or Incorrect Usage

  • Using the bag for excessive weight

  • Using bags in extreme conditions

  • Altering, modifying, or repairing the product externally

D) Damage from Transit

  • Courier mishandling

  • Improper storage

  • Chemical or liquid exposure

3. Warranty Claim Requirements

To process a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or email screenshot)

  • Clear photos of the defect

  • Video showing the issue (recommended)

  • Description of the problem

4. Warranty Claim Process

Once we receive your complaint, we will:

  1. Review your photos/videos

  2. Verify eligibility

  3. Respond within 2–4 business days

If approved, we will provide:

A) Free Repair

If repair is possible, we will repair the product at no extra cost.

B) Replacement of Defective Part

Example: buckle, strap, zipper puller, adjuster, clip, etc.

C) Replacement Product

If repair is not possible:

  • Same product will be provided, OR

  • A similar item of equal or higher value (if original is unavailable)

5. Who Pays the Shipping Charges?

If the product is defective (warranty approved):

  • Off Gear covers return pickup & shipping (where service is available)

  • If pickup is not available, customer may need to ship the product

    • We reimburse shipping cost (reasonable amount only)

If the warranty claim is rejected:

  • Customer pays shipping both ways

  • No replacement or refund is provided

Warranty is valid only when:

  • Product is purchased from Off Gear’s official online store

  • Warranty period (6 months) has not expired

  • Product is used as intended

  • No third-party repairs have been made

7. No Cash Refunds for Warranty Claims

Warranty claims cannot be converted into:

  • Cash refund

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

Warranty only offers:

  • Free repair

  • Replacement part

  • Product replacement (if repair is not possible)
