This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered.
This policy applies to all online purchases made through Off Gear.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed from Tirurangadi, Malappuram District, Kerala – 676306.
Processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
During high-volume periods (sales/festivals), processing may take an additional 1 day.
2. Shipping Partners
We ship using trusted courier services active across India, including:
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Blue Dart
- Ecom Express
- India Post Speed Post (for remote pincodes)
Couriers are chosen automatically based on fastest delivery availability to your pincode.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Within Kerala
- Malappuram, Calicut, Palakkad: 1–3 business days
- Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kollam, Trivandrum: 2–4 business days
South India (TN, KA, AP, Telangana)
3–5 business days
Rest of India
4–8 business days
Remote / Out-of-Delivery Areas
7–12 business days (Delivered via India Post)
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, strikes, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999: ₹79 – ₹129 (calculated at checkout)
- All charges are displayed clearly before payment
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive:
- Tracking number
- Courier partner name
- Tracking link (via SMS/WhatsApp/Email)

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Orders may return to us if:
- Address or pincode is incorrect
- Phone number is unreachable
- Customer unavailable
- COD refusal
If returned, re-shipping charges may apply.
We will contact you before reshipping.
7. Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photo of the package label
- Video of unboxing (if available)
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD available for most pincodes
- A small COD handling fee may apply
- COD orders may take an extra 1 day of processing
9. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India.
International shipping will be added soon.
